Job Opportunity | Logistics Manager
A leading FMCG company is looking to hire an experienced Logistics Manager to join its team.
Requirements:
* 5–7 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing logistics operations and leading teams.
* Strong knowledge of transportation, fleet management, and distribution operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
* Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee daily logistics operations.
* Supervise transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely product delivery.
* Coordinate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to optimize logistics performance.
* Monitor logistics KPIs, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
