Dallah Group is Hiring – Chief Accountant Officer

Dallah Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant Officer to join our team.
This is an URGENT HIRE with immediate need to join. Only candidates who are available to start immediately will be considered.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Previous experience as Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant in a structured organization is required
• Strong experience in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Cash flow management
- Financial reporting
- Monthly & year-end closing
- Budget preparation and cost control
- Financial analysis and account reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting procedures
• Experience handling high-volume transactions and operational accounting
• Ability to identify discrepancies, financial risks, and process weaknesses
• Experience preparing audit schedules and supporting external/internal audits
• Strong ERP/accounting systems experience (QuickBooks experience is mandatory)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within structured timelines
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills within the accounting team

Preferred:
• Experience in restructuring accounting departments or improving financial controls
• CMA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are a plus
